Die orogastrische Gonorrhoe ist am besten von Handsfield et al. beschrieben worden [4]. Bei Untersuchungen in Seattle hat er bei 14 von 187 Neugeborenen Gonokokken und Leukozyten im oro-gastrischen Aspirat gefunden.
