Zusammenfassung

Neben typischen klinischen Bildern bullöser Dermatosen — Pemphigus, bullöses Pemphigoid (BP), Dermatitis herpetiformis (DH) — die sich, gestützt auf histologische, immunpathologische, elektronenmikroskopische und immunelektronenmikroskopische Untersuchungen, gegenwärtig genau klassifizieren lassen, werden immer häufiger atypische Abarten beobachtet. Früher war ihre Diagnose wegen des Fehlens objektiver, insbesondere immunologischer, Kriterien nicht möglich.
