Zusammenfassung
Trotz aller Fortschritte der Medizin stellt die atopische Dermatitis wegen ihres chronisch-rezidivierenden Verlaufes eine für Patient und Arzt gleichermaßen frustrierende Erkrankung dar, deren Ätiopathogenese noch weitgehend ungeklärt ist. In den letzten Jahren sind allerdings einige Befunde erhoben worden, die etwas Licht in das pathogenetische Dunkel bringen. Wir alle sind sicher in der Lage, die Diagnose einer atopischen Dermatitis zu stellen. Dennoch erscheint es mir sinnvoll, in Anlehnung an Hanifin u. Lobitz [4] an die diagnostischen Kriterien der atopischen Dermatitis zu erinnern. Onnen unterschieden werden:
