Abstract
High resolution low field 13C NMR spectrum of the TTF-TCNQ complex consists of several well-resolved lines, three of which correspond to the peripheral carbons of the TCNQ- ion radical and display large diamagnetic Knight shifts, caused by the conduction electrons. The resonance of the TCNQ cyano groups is a triplet with field-dependent splitting, caused by dipole-dipole interaction with the 14N nucleus.
