Zusammenfassung
In diesem Referat kann ich Ihnen nur einen kurzen Überblick über unsere Erfahrungen mit der transurethralen Resektion des Blasenkarzinoms geben. Auf eine Schilderung der Operationstechnik muß daher weitgehend verzichtet werden. Dies fällt mir um so leichter, da ich dieses Thema in den letzten Jahren an mehreren Stellen ausführlich dargestellt habe, so z. B. im „Urologen“ und in der „Urologia Internationalis“. Wesentliches finden Sie auch in meiner transurethralen Operationslehre [8].
