Zusammenfassung

Wir halten uns an die deszendierende Methodik. Die einzelnen Schritte sind von MAYOR und ZINGG klar in Wort und Bild dargestellt. Das Wichtigste:

  1. a)

    Blasennahes Durchtrennen der Strukturen zwischen flach gebogenen Klemmen führt ziemlich rasch an den Blasenhals.

  2. b)

    Kreuzpunkte der Operation: Dorsal die Schicht zwischen den beiden Blättern der Denonvillier’schen Fascie. Ventral: Unblutiges Durchtrennen der Lig. puboprostatica.

  3. c)

    Systematische Lymphdissektion besser nach der Zystektomie als synchron.

  4. d)

    Modus der Ableitung s. Tabelle 1. Sämtliche Anastomosen einschichtig.
