Zusammenfassung

Der nuklearmedizinische Beitrag bildet eine Facette im Gesamtbezug der modernen Hepatologie. Bei umfangreicher, rasch wachsender Detailkenntnis klinischer, morphologischer und biochemischer Fakten steht er methodisch im Schnittpunkt verschiedener Betrachtungsweisen und erfordert grenzüberschreitende Information und enge interdisziplinäre Kooperation. Der begleitende Einsatz komplementärer röntgenologischer, endoskopisch-bioptischer, sonographischer oder weiterer Methoden ist häufig zwingend.
