Zusammenfassung

Wie die Erfahrungen der meisten Transplantationszentren zeigen, sind Harnwegsinfekte nach Nierentransplantation häufig, meist asymptomatisch und oft therapierefraktär. Trotz gezielter antibiotischer Therapie kommt es in einem hohen Prozentsatz zu Rezidiven.
