Abstract

In accord with what was said in § 51, this chapter is substantially based on Bressan [1963 b, d] and [1964a], except §§ 69, 70 which deal with the variational approach and are based on Schöpf [1964a]. Of course this subject is presented using the mathematical tools developed above.1)
