Immunofluoreszenzuntersuchungen (IF) stellen gegenwärtig die grundlegende diagnostische Untersuchung bullöser Krankheiten und eines Teils der Kollagenosen dar. Deswegen ist die Interpretation der Befunde auch für den praktischen Arzt notwendig.
