Abstract

Population Studied. 5,849 males and 2,419 females with cancer of the urinary system were followed for the subsequent development of independent primary malignant neoplasms; 468 such subsequent neoplasms were discovered. The cohort of patients with cancer of the urinary system contributed 32,669 person-years of observation.
