Part of the book series: Ecological Studies ((ECOLSTUD,volume 16))

Abstract

During the years 1967–1968 and 1972, about 400 vegetation samples were investigated by qualitative plant-sociological methods at Hardangervidda. Homogenous samples were chosen subjectively and usually two samples, each 10 m2, were investigated in each locality. Cover in percent and frequency were noted for all species. Soil samples were collected and analyzed chemically.
