Abstract
It would be a pleasure to appear before you, able to outline an effective surgical treatment, or for that matter, any effective treatment for gliomas of the cerebral hemispheres. Unfortunately that is not the case. And it would not be a grave error at this point for me to admit my incompetence and retire.
