Zusammenfassung

In der Diagnostik von Blasenentleerungsstörungen haben dynamische Untersuchungsmethoden zunehmend an Bedeutung gewonnen. Es kommt darauf an, Informationen über die Detrusoraktivität und den Abflußwiderstand sowie deren Zusammenspiel in vergleichbaren Zahlen zu erfassen. Nur so lassen sich die erhaltenen Befunde korrelieren und eine gestörte Dynamik wirksam therapeutisch angehen.
