Zusammenfassung

Im einführenden Referat von Herrn Professor Schmiedt wurde eine Übersicht über die zahlreichen Indikationen zur Nierenfistelung gegeben. Wir möchten auf die akuten urologischen Krankheitsbilder eingehen, bei denen die Nephrostomie zur supravesikalen Harnableitung aus vitaler Indikation durchgeführt werden mußte [5].
