Symmetry Pair Interatomic Interaction and Electronic States in Ordering Alloys

About 600 ordering binary metallic phases of AB, AB2, AB3 and AB4 composition have been systematized as a function of the position of the constituent elements in the periodic system. The role of the dimensional factor in the formation of superstructures has been analysed. The analysis of the role of conduction band electrons and d-electrons in the ordering of binary noble metal alloys without defects and with planar defects is carried out in the pseudopotential method. Some anisotropy of an atomic scattering factor was observed experimentally and the theory of this effect in the ordering transition and noble metal alloys is considered.
