Abstract. A short survey is given of the long-term results which can be obtained with modern radiotherapy in localized malignant lymphomas. Modern aspects of differential radiology are outlined in relation to the prognosis and clinical form of the disease, and guidelines are laid down for the further improvement of the long- term results.
