Abstract

We are quite accustomed to having two virtually identical leukemic blast cells respond entirely differently to a chemotherapeutic drug or drug combination. In fact, it is easier to find meaningful dissimilarity in the drug response of leukemic blasts than to distinguish meaningful morphologic similarity.
