Abstract
Yesterday I gave you a short overview of all the directions of research which are being actively pursued in my country. The report which I shall read now will be devoted to purely technological questions concerned with the structure of simulation models of hierarchical systems. Such systems may be economic, technical, or organizational. I want to tell you about certain general approaches which are perhaps not entirely effective but which may be regarded at least as a basis for the planning of such models.
