Bislang sind die diagnostischen Parameter beim Prostatacarcinom unbefriedigend. Blutsenkungsreaktion, Serum-Eisen und sogar die als spezifisch angesehenen Phosphatasen erlauben selten die Die Ferentialdiagnose zwischen gut- und bösartigen Tumoren der Prostata.
