Goldsmith [3] und Friedman [2] berichteten unabhängig voneinander, daß sich in Analogie zu der Vinebergschen Operation am Herzen die durchblutungs-gedrosselte Niere nach intraparenchymatöser Implantation der endständig ligierten Milzarterie wieder revascularisieren soll.
