Zusammenfassung
Bei der Versorgung Polytraumatisierter mit urologischen Kombinationsverletzungen drohen prinzipiell zwei Fehlermöglichkeiten:

Das zu späte Erkennen der urologischen Begleitverletzung und damit die Vergabe entscheidender therapeutischer Möglichkeiten.

2.
Das Vorgehen wie bei isolierten urologischen Traumen unter Mißachtung der Vitalgefährdung durch die Mehrfachverletzung.
