Zusammenfassung
Die allgemein gebräuchliche Übersichtsfärbung läßt sich wegen des niedrigen pH der Farbstofflösungen nicht für Epon- und Aralditschnitte anwenden, ohne daß das Harz entfernt oder zumindest durch eine Vorbehandlung aufgelockert wird. Dagegen lassen sich Schnitte von Methacrylatblöcken unmittelbar anfärben, wenn die Färbezeiten auf 4–5 h für Haematoxylin (nach Harris oder Delafield), und auf 1h für Eosin (10% in Alkohol) ausgedehnt werden [1].
