Zusammenfassung

Intraokulare Blutungen stellen ein häufiges Ereignis in einem ophthalmologischen Krankengut dar. Als Ursache kommen eine diabetische Retinopathie, Traumen einschließlich Operationen, Zentralvenenthrombose, Netzhauteinrisse, Tumoren, Blutkrankheiten und selten auch Kollagenkrankheiten in Frage. Je nach Gewebsläsion liegen die Blutungen prae-, intra- oder subretinal, ciliochorioidal oder als Hyphäma in der Vorderkammer.
