Zusammenfassung
Bei dem Versuch, die Licht- und Laserkoagulation zu optimieren, spielt dic Anpassung der Koagulationsparameter an die Absorptionsverhältnisse am Augenhintergrund eine ganz entscheidende Rolle. Es wurden hierzu umfangreiche mikrospektralphotometrische Untersuchungen an Flachpräparaten von Aderhaut und Pigmentepithel durchgeführt.
