Zusammenfassung

Das ERG repräsentiert bei globaler retinaler Beleuchtung die elektrische Aktivität der gesamten Netzhaut. Da die Zahl der Stäbchen (etwa 120 Mill.) die der Zapfen (etwa 5 Mill.) bei weitem übertrifft, wird das ERG vorwiegend durch die Stäbchen-Aktivität bestimmt.
