Zusammenfassung
LDH, MDH, PGI, GOT, CHE, A.P. sowie Glucose und Lactat wurden im Glaskörper (GK) und Kammerwasser (KW) sowohl bei 37 °C als auch bei 0 °C über 8 h verfolgt. Glucose im KW ist nach 4 h bei 37 °C völlig verbraucht, während im GK nach 8 h noch 1/3 der Ausgangskonz. vorliegt. Lactat nimmt gleichsinnig zu. Entsprechend finden wir nur im KW, nicht im GK, eine exponentielle Zunahme der Enzyme. Bei 0 °C sind die Änderungen im KW gering, im GK steigen jedoch LDH, MDH, PGI und GOT linear bis 25-fach, während CHE und A.P. konstant bleiben.
