Zusammenfassung

Der corneale Schnitt führt bei der Cataract Extraktion zu einem relativ hohen postoperativen Astigmatismus. Die Angaben in der bl]Literatur schwanken zwischen 3 und 6 dpt (Böke et. al., 1972; Lamcke et. al., 1972; Söllner, 1092; Körner, 1975).
