Zusammenfassung
Die Tatsache, daß der Infarkt fast ausschließlich durch den thrombotischen Verschluß eines Koronargefäßes meist auf dem Boden eines rupturierten Plaques entsteht [2] und daß die Dauer der Myokardischämie neben der Lokalisation des Thrombus die Größe des Infarktareals und damit die Prognose des Kranken bedingt, bestimmt das therapeutische Vorgehen.
