Kniegelenkendoprothetik —Besonderheiten bei der hämophilen Arthropathie

Zusammenfassung

Die Kniegelenkendoprothetik hat während der letzten Jahre eine zunehmende Verbreitung erfahren. So werden auch vermehrt Patienten mit einer hämophilen Kniegelenkarthropathie operiert. Indikation zur Operation ist bei diesen Patienten die konservativ nicht mehr ausreichend therapierbare Schmerzsymptomatik. Bei diesem Patientenkollektiv sind jedoch einige Besonderheiten zu beachten.
