Zusammenfassung

Durch seine physikalischen Bestrahlungsparameter (hohe Hämoglobinabsorption bei 585 nm, kurze Pulszeit 450 μs) kann der blitzlampengepumpte, gepulste Farbstofflaser (flashlamp-pumped pulsed dye laser, FPDL) das Prinzip der selektiven Photothermolyse bei der Behandlung vaskulärer Hautveränderungen verwirklichen (ANDERSON,PARRISH). Bei der Behandlung von Nävi flammei (NF), insbesondere bei hellroten Veränderungen und bei Kindern, lassen sich in der Tat exzellente Ergebnisse erzielen, weniger dagegen bei dunkelroten, lividen oder hypertrophen NF bei Erwachsenen (HOHENLEUTNER, ABD-EL-RAHEEM et al.; GARDEN,BAKUS).
