Zusammenfassung

Diese Studie zur Photodynamischen Therapie (PDT) beschäftigte sich mit einem Photosensibilisator aus der Gruppe der Phthalocyanine [1, 2,3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13], dem Okta-α-butyloxy-Zinkphthalocyanin (8-α-bo-ZnPc). Untersucht wurde die Pharmakokinetik des Photosensibilisators am Lewis lung Tumormodell der Maus mit folgenden Fragestellungen:

    Bestimmung der Akkumulationsraten in ausgewählten Organen

  2. 2.

    Ermittlung eines geeigneten Inkubationsintervalls für den Einsatz einer PDT
