Zusammenfassung

Die Inzidenz angeborener Herzfehler wird mit ca. 9 pro 1000 Lebendgeburten angegeben [8]. Mehr als 100 verschiedene kongenitale Herzfehler sind bekannt, allerdings machen die in Tabelle 1 aufgeführten sechs Herzfehler fast 80% aller angeborenen Herzfehler aus.
