Zusammenfassung
Experimentelle Studien über den postischämischen Reperfusionsschaden im Myokard haben gezeigt, daß der Peroxidation von Membranlipiden durch reaktive Sauerstoffspezies eine bedeutende Rolle zukommt [1, 2, 3, 4]. Die pathogenetische Beteiligung reaktiver Sauerstoffabkömmlinge konnte durch den Nachweis protektiver Effekte antioxidativer Substanzen wie Dismutase, Katalase [4] und anderer Antioxidantien an Ischämie-Reperfusions-Modellen gezeigt und durch ESR-Untersuchungen unterstrichen werden [2].
