Zusammenfassung
Das Stickstoffmonoxidradikal (NO) wirkt in verschiedenen in vitro [1,2] und in vivo Modellen [3, 4] antitumoral. Andererseits hemmt es zytotoxische, für die immunologische Tumorabwehr wichtige Lymphozyten [5]. Epidemiologisch gilt es sogar als karzinomfördernd [6]. Die Gründe für diese gegensätzlichen Eigenschaften sind unklar. Wir untersuchten deshalb das Tumorwachstum in einem murinen Metastasenmodell unter Interleukin 2 (IL-2)- und Aminoguanidin-bedingter (AG) Beeinflussung von Lymphozytenaktivität und NO-Konzentration.
