Zusammenfassung
Bei chronisch Hepatitis-C-Virus (HCV)-infizierten Patienten kommt es nach OLT in nahezu allen Fällen zu einer Transplantat-Reinfektion [1–3]. Die Transplantat-Reinfektion fuhrt in mindestens 50% zu einer chronischen Hepatitis, die meist einen gutartigen Verlauf zeigt [1–3]. Es kommen jedoch auch schwere Verlaufsformen mit frühem Übergang in eine Leberzirrhose vor [4, 5]. Daher werden zur Zeit Behandlungsstrategien zur Verhinderung der Transplantathepatitis erprobt [6, 7]. Für den rationalen Einsatz einer antiviralen Therapie stellt die Kenntnis der Viruskinetik eine entscheidende Vorraussetzung dar. Bisher existieren jedoch nur wenige Daten über die Kinetik der HCV-Produktion und Clearance in vivo [8]. In vorliegender prospektiven Studie untersuchten wir die Kinetik der Hepatitis C-Virämie in der Frühphase nach OLT.
