Zusammenfassung
Obwohl das Risiko eines Fehlschlages beim freien Gewebetransfer/der Replantation in den letzten Jahren abgenommen hat, kommen Gewebe- und Replantverluste weiterhin vor [1]. Die Hauptursache ist der thrombotische Verschluß der anastomo-sierten Gefäße: Risikozone I. Gelegentlich stirbt das trans-/replantierte Gewebe bei offenen Anastomosen ab. In diesem Fall ist die Perfusion auf dem Niveau der Gewebemikrozirkulation gestört [2]. Gemäß neuerer Untersuchungen muß sie als eigene Risikozone: Risikozone II angesehen werden [3].
