Zusammenfassung

Die Skelettveränderungen bei Anämien lassen sich in 3 Gruppen unterteilen:

  1. 1.

    Veränderungen, die durch die Hyperplasie des roten Knochenmarks bedingt sind.

  2. 2.

    Veränderungen, die durch rezidivierende Ischämien und Infarkte bedingt sind.

  3. 3.

    Fehlbildungen am Skelett, bevorzugt der oberen Extremität, die in Assoziation mit Anämien auftreten.
