Zusammenfassung

Neoplastische und tumorähnliche Erkrankungen des Skeletts treten sowohl bei Erwachsenen als auch bei Kindern und Jugendlichen verhältnismäßig selten auf. Wegen der großen Variabilität ihres histologischen Aufbaus sowie des röntgenologischen Erscheinungsbildes ergeben sich oft diagnostische Probleme.
