Stellenwert bildgebender und neuroendokrinologischer Verfahren bei der Untersuchung funktioneller Psychosen mit aggressivem und suizidalem Verhalten

Zusammenfassung

Bislang liegen erst wenige Untersuchungen zu suizidalen und aggressiven Verhalttensweisen bei Patienten mit funktionellen Psychosen mit Hilfe bildgebender Verfahren — insbesondere SPECT und PET – vor. In einer von den Autoren durchgefuhrten Untersuchung an 113 Patienten mit und ohne manifeste selbst- oder fremdaggressive Verhaltensweiden, Bei Patienten mit Persölichkeitsstörungen und anderen psychiatrischen Erkrankungen und aggressiven Verhalttensweisen zeigte sich jedoch, daβ eine verminderte Glukoseutilisation und eine reduzierte Hirndurchblutung im Bereich des frontoorbitalen Cortex überdurchschnittlich stark mit gehäuften oder besonders schwerweigenden aggressiven Verhalten in der Anamnese korrelierte. Von erhebblichem Interesse ist die Bezziehung zwischen Befunden bildgebender Untersuchungsverfahren und histopathologischen Methoden bei Patienten unterschiedlicher diagnostischer Zuordnung mit aggressiven und autoaggressiven Verhaltensweisen.
