Nonlinear PSE Compared with DNS and Experiment

  • Conference paper
Laminar-Turbulent Transition

Part of the book series: IUTAM Symposia ((IUTAM))

Summary

This paper is devoted to some examples of application of the non linear PSE approach. After a recall of the theory, examples are given for self-similar flows up to flows on more realistic airfoils. The results are limited to two-dimensional cases.
