Nonradioactive Northern Blot Hybridization with DIG-Labeled DNA Probes

Abstract

The originally method of Northern blotting described by Alwine et al. [1] represents a standard tool for determining the size and the amount of a specific transcript within preparations of total or poly (A+) RNA.
