Abstract

We must spur the development of a new generation of technologies that prevent pollution ... President Bill Clinton (NSTC, 1994). Schools, colleges and universities must be proactive in incorporating pollution prevention and clean production technology into their curriculum if we are to provide the future scientists and engineers necessary to carry out this vision.
