Some Challenges to feel Molecular Dynamics Simulations for Solid Mechanics

Abstract

Molecular Dynamics (MD) is one of the important simulation technique, when we struggle atom older structures. In the field of Micro-machines and Micro-manufacturing, we should made atom older analysis and investigate stress, strain, pressure, deformation, destruction and so on [1],[2]. On the other hand, it is not easy to make images of atom older phenomena in our mind, because atom older world is very different from metric older world. Thus, it is important to investigate methods, which make atom older images in human brain, when we think about atom older phenomena. Therefore, in this investigation, we make some challenges to feel molecular dynamics simulations.
