Zusammenfassung

Zu den gefürchteten Komplikationen nach Knochenmarktransplantation zählt die Graft-versus-Host Reaktion (GvHR), die durch Zerstörung von Empfängergewebe durch immunkompetente T-Zellen des Spenders definiert ist [1]. Zu den am schwersten in Mitleidenschaft gezogenen Organen dieser Erkrankung gehört der Gastro- intestinaltrakt [2]. Während die histopathologischen Kennzeichen akuter intestinaler GvHR bereits hinreichend charakterisiert worden sind [3], so ist den funktionellen Veränderungen der Lymphozyten des Dünndarms während dieser Erkrankung bis-lang nur wenig Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt worden.
