Zusammenfassung
Wärmeverluste während der Lebertransplantation können die Körpertemperatur bis in Regionen absenken, wo temperaturabhängige Funktionen wie Gerinnung, Wirkung der Katecholamine und Herzrhythmus beeinträchtigt werden [1, 2, 3]. Um dem entgegenzuwirken haben wir einen Wärmetauscher in den routinemäßig verwendeten veno-venösen Bypass integriert. 40 Patienten wurden bezüglich des Einsatzes einer Thermoregulation während des veno-venösen Bypasses prospektiv randomisiert.
