Zusammenfassung

Für die Entstehung des intestinalen Entzündungsinfiltrates bei M. Crohn (MC) und Colitis ulcerosa (CU) müssen zirkulierende Zellen an der Darmgefäßwand anheften und in das Gewebe migrieren. Diese Adhäsion wird durch Zelladhäsionsmoleküle vermittelt [1, 2], unter denen insbesondere endotheliales P-Selektin die ersten Schritte des lockeren Kontaktes zum Gefäßendothel reguliert [3,4] und somit an der Entstehung des Entzündungsinfiltrates bei MC und CU beteiligt sein könnte.
