Zusammenfassung

Bei einem 57jährigen Patienten wurde ein histologisch und immunhistochemisch gesichertes, unreifes, kutanes Angiosarkom an der rechten Stirn exzidiert. Das multizentrische Wachstum des Tumors erforderte eine dreidimensionale Schnittrandkontrolle mittels Mikrografie. Zwei Nachexzisionen waren aufgrund von Tumorzellproliferationen im Bereich der Schnittränder notwendig. Die Kontrolle der Radikalität des operativen Vorgehens durch die Mikrografie ist Voraussetzung zur Verbesserung der ernsten Prognose.
