Dynamic MRI versus dynamic CT in the diagnosis of pituitary microadenoma

Abstract

Dynamic MRI is today the most precise technique for detecting the smallest pituitary microadenomas. If MRI is not available or if patients are uneligible for MRI, dynamic CT remains a very acceptable competitive imaging modality.
