Zusammenfassung

Das Ovar ist Ursprungsorgan einer Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Tumoren. Es können sich hier Karzinome, Keimzelltumoren, Tumoren des gonadalen Stromas und Sarkome entwickeln; außerdem sind die Ovarien häufig Sitz von Metastasen der Karzinome der Mamma, des Kolons, des Magens, der Bronchien und auch des Endometriums.
